We can not verify that vaccines done at home were stored properly, mixed adequately, or administered correctly.

Is pain medication provided?
Pain medication is provided for every patient. Dogs will be sent home with oral pain medication. Cats are given a long lasting injectable pain medication while at the clinic, no oral medication is sent home with cats.

What is the
brachycephalic charge?
Dogs with a brachycephalic face are the 'short-nosed' breeds. I.e. frenchies, pugs, shih tzus, boxers, etc. Because of their face structure they require more time, resources, & medication. There is a $75 charge for brachycephalic breeds to cover their additional medical care. This charge is due at drop off. If you have questions or want to know if your dog would need this charge, send us a text or an email and we'll be happy to assist.

Are cones provided?
Dogs will also be sent home with protective plastic cones, while cats will receive cones as needed. Additionally, we offer recovery suits and soft cones for purchase to cater to your pet’s needs if you do not want to use the plastic cone. All dogs need to wear a cone or suit for 12-14 days post surgery to avoid complications.
